The House of Seven Gables, Salem

from 44.00

This is a signed, limited edition, hand-made screen print. Created in the style of a vintage travel poster, this large-sized print captures the spooky colonial mansion of Salem, Massachusetts— the city of the infamous Salem Witch Trials of 1692. The house was built in 1668 and was made famous as the setting of Nathaniel Hawthorne's novel, The House of  the Seven Gables.  This original print design has a vintage illustration style reminiscent of 19th century book cover illustration, with a bit of gothic overtones.

Illustrated and hand-printed by Rusty.

Available in two sizes: 18x 24 inches (Signed, limited edition of 100 prints), and 9 x 12 inches (signed, limited edition of 500 prints).
