In stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days of recieving the order. Shipping is via USPS.

Returns:
  

If you are not completely satisfied with your items, you can return unworn/ unused items in resalable condition within 14 calendar days of the original SHIPMENT DATE for exchange or refund, less the cost of shipping. Items that have been worn or damaged  are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Contact us by email or phone and please include your name, address, and order number along with the item you are returning. Refunds will be processed via Stripe and your credit card will be credited upon receipt of the returned item.

Sales Tax

By law, items sold by Rusty and Ingrid Creative Company and shipped to destinations in the state of Massachusetts are subject to 6.25% sales tax.

All of our HANDMADE ORIGINAL ARTWORKS, including relief (linoleum-block)  prints, screen prints, hand-printed greeting cards and paintings are made with professional quality, archival materials (archival inks, paints, and paper, canvas, etc.) with a lifespan of decades or centuries with proper handling, framing and storage. All artworks should be protected from UV light (sunlight),  should be professionally framed with UV blocking glass, and should always be protected from moisture.

All of our  ORIGINAL PRINTS [Relief Prints (linoleum block), hand-printed Greeting Cards, and Screen Prints} are made with ACMI (Art & Creative Materials Institute) certified NON-TOXIC inks. 

Our ​ORIGINAL PAINTINGS (watercolor and oil) are created with the highest quality artist pigments for maximum color clarity and permanence. We try to source primarily non-toxic pigments, but unfortunately for a few colors, the non-toxic alternatives do not compare in quality, so we occasionally choose to use a select few pigments that are considered TOXIC in large amounts. This primarily applies to the artist's handling of the bulk pigments (a warning not to not to use as a spray paint; do not inhale the dry pigments, etc.), and not to final painting purchased by the art collector, but common sense should be used. Keep original paintings away from children and pets, and do not ingest paintings.

​​Each HANDMADE ORIGINAL product may look different in color, size and finish than the samples shown in images on our website or in printed material. This is part of the uniqueness of our products, because each piece one-of-a-kind. Additionally, note that the colors and textures of items made of natural materials may change over time. 

​All of our MASS-PRODUCED PRINTED MATERIALS including greeting cards, posters, and books are professionally printed, but should not be considered archival.

Privacy Policy

As part of our checkout process, we collect and maintain contact information about our customers. This is used exclusively by our company to fulfill orders, and maintain communication with our customers. At the checkout, you have the option to opt-out from our mailing list. You can also unsubscribe from any email communication by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included in the email. 

All credit cards are securely processed by Stripe merchant services (stripe.com) and  we do not see nor store your credit card numbers ourselves.
